Every piece is made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for me to lovingly make and pack your order. Once it ships, U.S. delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days.
Yes! Orders over $75 ship free within the U.S. For everything else, a flat $6 shipping rate is added at checkout.
They are — every scrunchie, pouch, tote, and keychain is designed and handmade by me in small batches. Because of that, slight variations are part of the charm and make your piece one of a kind.
I want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and I’ll happily arrange a return or exchange on unused items. Custom pieces are final sale.
Absolutely. Custom colors and small bulk orders (think bridesmaids or party favors) are some of my favorite things to make. Send me a note through the contact page and we’ll dream it up together.
Spot clean or gentle hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Keeping fabrics out of the dryer helps them stay soft and last for years.
